Have you guys ever heard of this street art thing? It's a new form of an art movement that takes place in the streets. Polaroid x Collage: Art World Trends

The subject matter in these photos addresses some of the very current, very hip trends in different types hipsistence. Fetal pose, protective smoking goggles, taking photos of your photo taking etc. The format is on polaroid, a very hip staple food. The polaroids are collaged together in order to present the very now and forward subject matter in a larger scale. It's as if to say, "our hip lives, enhanced by polaroid photography, is only hipper if its bigger."

It's Hip To be Tri-Angle

It's safe to be square, because it's hip to be square. However, it's even hipper to be triangular. Triangles are three sided, hence there is a delicate balance that is symmetrical but in a less heavy handed way than the four sided square. Plus, right now, love triangles seem to be everywhere. Also, ancient egyptians, with all their great accessories and pyramids, loved triangles. And we love ancient egypt. So, to recap, it's safe to say that it's very hip to be into triangular things--right now.

Hip Pics: Photography of Photography

Whether your documenting your documenting or photographing photographing, taking pictures of your picture taking apparatus is en style. It's very European.  It's very french.  It's very American. It's very hip to do this, right now. Accessorize with a camera and then let a buddy snap a photo of it, because it lets everyone know you haven't grown out of your photography stage, yet. Growing out of things can be painful and risky-let everyone know its o.k. to be idealistic and into art.

Graffiti On Your Animals: Upcoming Art Trend

               Blaze is a guest correspondent.  He really represents the voice of a younger generation and is extremely in the know.  If tomorrow was now-than its very hip to talk like a very excited retarded person. 

My boy Shep Fairey notified me of this very Now, very forward re-contextualization of the-used to-be-very hip graffiti movement.  This is fresh in more ways than one. The "in-the-know-it alls" are very, very excited. Take a look at Blaze's response-pure bliss, or something. The only thing that could be more exciting then Animal Graffiti is Blaze's utter disregard for spelling things correctly.
